Wellness Check Point

At Wellness Check Point we run events to help you pause and power up your wellbeing. Check in with how you’re feeling and look after your basic needs, with a little help from our friendly volunteers.

At each event you’ll get nutritious, tasty food and bitesize opportunities to practice the skills needed for good wellbeing. The more Wellness Check Points you visit, the more your skills will improve, and the better you’ll feel!

What events do we run?

You can find the Check Point team on campus throughout the term for a serve of tasty treats and practical wellbeing tips. At both of these events, your meal will come with realistic suggestions for how to practice the skills needed for good wellbeing. This means that as you visit each Wellness Check Point throughout the term, you will continue to build on what you learned at the last event!

Look out for the following events:

Brekkie Club

Mornings can be tough, so let us give you a hand. Grab a free breakfast and set yourself up for success with a dose of mindful reflection.

Night-Time Nibbles

We know it’s hard to prioritise wellbeing during high pressure times like exams. At Night-Time Nibbles you can take a mindful break from studying while we take care of dinner.

Where can you find us?

You can find Brekkie Club on the Quad, and Night-Time Nibbles in both libraries. Check out the full schedule here!
