There Can Only Be One
Your Club should be original and not clash with any of the current Clubs and what they do. Have a look at our Clubs List to make sure your idea isn't already being done!
These resources will take you through what you need to do to affiliate with Arc. There is a little bit to do at the start, but setting it up properly right at the beginning will make the rest of the process so much easier for you in the long run.

Make sure your Aims and Objectives speak to the intended experience of what the Club would offer and be specific. If people don't know what your Club stands for, they probably won't join!
Your Club needs to be run by and for UNSW students (however, non-UNSW students can still join as affiliate members!)
Skip the boring admin with Fast-Tracked Affiliation! There's more details in the form below, but it's intended to get your Club up-and-running as quickly as possible!
Normally when a New Club is affiliating, they are required to do a range of things, such as formulate their own Constitution and find a location for their IGM and run it themselves and work out the admin processes from scratch.
With Fast-Tracked Affiliation, we aim to cut through the admin and get you to doing the fun stuff faster.
After you apply, the Clubs Team will review your Clubs application and, if approved, will host your IGM in the Clubs Space so you don’t need to find your own space. We will chair the meeting so you don't need to worry about process or procedure. We'll also guide you through the documents and submit them for you so that it goes smoothly.
After the IGM we will let you know everything you need to know to make your first year a success, including how to access grants, set up accounts, obtain banners and make room bookings.
Whilst we highly recommend Fast-Tracked Affiliation, there may be reasons you wish to host your own Inaugural General Meeting.
