Arc PGC Research Awards

The Arc PGC Research Awards, supported by the Graduate Research School (GRS), recognises the exceptional contributions of HDR students, staff members and supervisors who have gone above and beyond in elevating the academic, social and overall wellbeing of the HDR community at UNSW.

Nomination Timeline:

Nomination Opening Date: Monday, 20 May 2024

Nomination Closing Date: Saturday, 1 July 2024


Eligibility: 

  • Nominators and nominees must be a UNSW HDR student or staff member during the academic year 2024 

  • Previous nominees are eligible for consideration for this year’s awards 

  • A nominator can nominate multiple students, supervisors and staff members
  • Current or previous PGC executives are ineligible to submit nominations or be nominated for the awards 

 

Criteria: 

Nominees will be rigorously assessed based on the information provided in the nomination form and against the following criteria: 

  • Leadership or active involvement in initiatives fostering the wellbeing, advocacy, representation, and social events for HDR community

  • Leadership or active involvement in initiatives aimed at enhancing the academic capacity and fostering the professional development of HDR community
