Who can? She Can!

Whether you're starting out in fitness or are already feeling fit and fab, She Can is a great way to make friends, have fun and skill up in sport in an inclusive, safe and comfortable environment.

She Can is Arc Sport's female identifying sports community. She Can aims to provide safe and inclusive opportunities for women to try and learn new skills within a sporting context.

In line with the NSW Office of Sport’s Her Sport Her Way Strategy, UNSW Sport has developed Active Women: UNSW 2025 Women's Sport and Active Recreation Strategy in consultation with the women’s sporting community inside and outside UNSW.

The UNSW 2025 Women’s Sport and Active Recreation Strategy is a long-term project. The strategy focuses on four key pillars:
