The Learn to Gym program is an 8-week beginner friendly program, designed to help you feel empowered and comfortable at the gym!
The program consists of 2 x 1 hour coached sessions per week, conducted by Ex-Phys students under the supervision of a qualified Exercise Physiologist. Participants will be paired up with an individual of similar experience and goals, and an Ex-Phys student will lead a personalised program.

Introduced due to popular demand, Return to Gym is designed for past Learn to Gym participants who want to continue building confidence and skills in the gym. This 8-week program will help you feel empowered, comfortable, and ready to take your training to the next level.
Each week, you'll attend two 1-hour coached sessions led by Exercise Physiology students under the supervision of a qualified Exercise Physiologist. You'll be paired with someone of similar experience and goals, and an Ex-Phys student will guide you through a personalised program.
