Stretch It Out

Stretching is super important. Not only does it stop you from being achy the next day, it helps prevent injuries and brings the heart rate back down so you are relaxed and ready to face the rest of your day! So give your body some TLC and follow this simple stretch routine.

What you need

Chilled out tunes, a towel or mat and a yourself

Time

6-8 mins

Workout

30 secs each side Sitting Hamstring stretch

30 secs each side glute spinal twist

30 secs each side knee over spinal twist

30 secs each side crescent lunge, hip flexor stretch

30 secs each side, calf stretch and shoulder stretch

30 secs Standing reach to floor through legs

X2 big breath with arms overhead and reach up
