Let the sapphire-studded sky

kiss the glaze of our cheeks.

Rays of heat twinkle through the foliage of the trees.

Yes, like a poem,

which gives the soul such moments of peace,

I found you

At some turn in this life.

When my dreams fell like raindrops from the sky,

streaming down my face,

you gave me your hand,

you made me forget pain.

Such was your effect on me,

you are teaching me to love again.

I found you

A melody of bubbles bursting in a frenzy.

I swipe cosmic charcoal across my lips,

only for yours to find mine.

Glittery remnants left on each other —

a testament to the alchemy you swirl within me.

The masterpiece, my life’s tapestry,

you are the one inspiring every thread;

I found you
