We hate telling people this. If we could, we would fix everyone's bike because that's why we do this for free. However, we need to balance the needs of customers and training new volunteers this year. We kindly ask that for large jobs, please book your service in advance for the time being.
We retain the right to refuse service when our capacity is reached. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Arriving at 12pm on the dot will maximise the chance that you can ride away with a fully serviced bike.
