Arc Canberra email login issue

·       Vanessa will reach out to the Sydney Arc IT people to sort out the Arc Canberra account login issue.

Arc Canberra Newsletter Broadcast issue

·       Vanessa suggested Arc Canberra Execs to look into sending/ broadcasting the Arc Canberra weekly newsletter through the mailchimp software itself newsletters.

·       Isuri and Toyesha will update Arc Public Relations Officer regarding this matter.

Arc Canberra Club Finances/ Budget

·       Isuri and Jiacheng updated Vanessa about the upcoming Arc Canberra club expenses.

PGC UNSW Sydney Tour - Collab

·       Isuri and Wasura informed about the UNSW Sydney Tour that will be organised by the PGC to coincide with the 3-MT Competition in Sydney on 27 August 2024. Arc Canberra will have to make a small contribution to the trip.

·       Vanessa suggested to contact Arc Sydney before the trip, to check whether any special activities/ programs can be arranged at Arc Sydney Club.

Printing Arc Canberra shirts

·       After the meeting, Vanessa will send an email with the Uni Promo link for Arc Execs to have a look on shirt designs.

·       Vanessa will confirm with Uni Promo for the minimum number of shirts requirement for printing, and get back to Arc Canberra Execs.

·       Vanessa will help us with the printing of shirts – getting a quote.

Arc Canberra Annual General Meeting 

·       Contact Mitch about the AGM and get more details.

Cleaners using Arc Room Issue

·       Isuri informed that most cleaners have stopped coming to the Arc room as they have given proper notice to abstain, and yet there is one cleaner still hanging out in the Arc room.

·        Isuri enquired whether a door lock can be installed, but Vanessa states that it would not be possible. Vanessa said that she will contact the relevant Head if we can get the name of the cleaner still using the Arc room.

Arc Canberra Committee positions

·       Vanessa informed that current Arc Canberra positions were updated with UNSW Sydney.

·       Isuri said that Arc Canberra Execs will look into if there any further updates need to be done to the Arc Canberra Constitution.

Arc Canberra Stipend for Arc Execs

·       Vanessa informed that she is still pushing forward the motion to have a stipend for Arc Execs to recognise the work they do.

Arc Snow Trip

·       Toyesha will hold a meeting soon to discuss about the Snow Trip, once the Snow Trip task distribution list is prepared.

Arc Diversity Day event

·       Arc Execs informed Vanessa that an event will be planned in relation with the university Diversity Day, and Vanessa advised to reach out to Marty and Tom regarding this.
