Events plan

·       Arc Execs updated Vanessa about the progress/completion of events, especially the Snow Trip and BBQ event.

·       Arc Execs notified about the events scheduled in August month. (Arc 3^rd Movie Night, Arc Afternoon Tea, T-Shirt printing, Trip to Sydney).

Day Trip to Sydney

·       PGC will cover the core funding (the bus fee) for the trip.

·       Arc Canberra will buy snacks for the trip and give some assistance to organise the Day trip.

Annual General Meeting

·       Vanessa advised Arc Execs to reach out to Mitch and Jamie to discuss scheduling the AGM, and also asked to involve her in the discussion as well.

Arc Canberra Constitution

·       Isuri pointed out the importance of including AHGES recognition standards into the position descriptions of the Constitution, and others agreed that it would help for the functioning of the Club.

·       Web and Technology Support Officer would be given all the accounts and passwords.

Arc Room appliances

·       Arc Execs raised concerns that the fridge in the Arc room is not working properly and only the freezer is working. Vanessa will look into the matter.

·       The PC in the Arc Room is also not in a working condition. Arc Execs will update Vanessa about it, in the next meeting.

Incentive for Arc Executives

·       Vanessa stated that she is still trying to push higher-ups to approve a incentive for Arc Execs given their commitment to the functioning of the Club.
