Appointing a Returning Officer & Annual General Meeting (AGM) Proceedings

·       Returning Officer could be anyone, that the Executive appoints. Isuri will contact Mitch first and check his availability to act as the Returning Officer to the Arc AGM on 2 October 2024.

Amending the Arc Constitution

·       UNSW Sparc Club required amendments must be made to the Arc Constitution.

·       Any amendments require 75% Endorsement at Arc AGM, majority must say yes for the changes made to the Arc Constitution.

·       Position descriptions can be amended as well.

Documents Submission after AGM

·       Jamie explained the documents that need to be submitted after the AGM and the list of the documents is available at ARC -Sydney website – Club Affiliation

Expenses for events after the AGM

·       Records of the expenses for events after the AGM should be kept by the Arc Team and the records should be shared with the next Arc Executives.

Activity Grants in Arc Portal

·       Activity Grants will be assessed and reimbursed in the upcoming month of the submission date.
