Welcome to 2023 on behalf of the UNSW Postgraduate Council!

You are all part of a postgraduate community with over 15 thousand postgraduates from over 100 countries.

Whether you are a new or returning UNSW student, part time or full time, in Sydney or Canberra, please remember you are never alone. The PGC is there for you throughout your journey, be it settling in, providing peer support to report grievances, networking with others, improving your employability and having fun.

Secondly, I would encourage you to make the most out of your time at UNSW Grow beyond your comfort zone, make new friends from diverse backgrounds, and do have fun!

Lastly, the PGC is supporting the UNSW Speak Up campaign. Whether you experience it yourself or are a bystander, please report any form of hazards, gendered violence, bullying or other ill activities that take place via the Work Health Safety Portal or Conduct & Integrity Portal. The PGC is also open to provide independent peer support, please send us a message via the PGC Feedback Query Form.

We are also continuing our Weekly Morning Teas every Wednesday (10-11AM) at the Postgraduate Lounge, come join us to talk to other postgrads and PGC Executives.

🔗 Arc Board Elections 2023

An election will be held for four (4) Student Director positions on the Arc @ UNSW Limited (Arc) Board. Two (2) positions must be filled by women. The remaining two (2) positions are unrestricted. Nominations open at 9am on Monday, 27 February 2023.
