GET READY TO SCAVENGE FOR BIG PRIZES 

The Ibis is known for being majestic and notorious animals which grace the lawns of UNSW. To celebrate the launch of our Ibis range – available at the Grad shop, we are holding a scavenger hunt during our Festival of Ibis. Keep an eye out for UNSW royalty – the bin chickens of campus as they swoop over to our bins and down that bin juice.

TEAMS

• Minimum 2, maximum 4 UNSW Students who are 2019 Arc Members
• Nominate a Team Captain and Vice-Captain (so we can contact you)

SUBMISSIONS

• At 9AM we will release the list via Facebook and on The Grad Shop Website
• You will be asked to photograph 30 eclectic items, locations and experiences
• All photos and videos submitted must have AT LEAST three (3) of your team members present
• All photos must have compelling evidence (e.g. a photo of a 69-year-old person should include their ID)
• Place photos/videos in a public album on Facebook with the item number as the caption
• Send the album link to The Grad Shop on Facebook
• Submissions will close at 4PM TUE 19 MAR
• Winners announced on Facebook at 11.00AM WED 20 MAR
• The winning team must provide full names, emails and contact numbers to claim their Ibis themed prize
• You must have at least 1 team member claim your prize
• Arc has the right to redistribute any photos that are submitted for the hunt on Arc or The Grad Shop social media

PROHIBITED

(Any violations of these rules will result in an immediate disqualification)

• Any harm or torment to the majestic Ibis
• Leaving permanent markings or damage to any property
• Any illegal activity to procure items on the list or in attempting the list
• Competition is encouraged; sabotage is not, keep it friendly and fun
• Roundhouse bar tabs cannot be used at Session Parties or during special events. Bar tabs will expire at the end of the semester
• Where possible, you must get permission for photos with people, if they object to being photographed (or seem to be), the photo will be disqualified.

· Play safe and sensible at all times

· Judges decisions are final
