Welcome to the Stationery Reuse Centre!

The Stationery Reuse Centre is your go-to spot for free stationery, right here on campus. Whether you're prepping for exams, getting organised for the term, or just forgot a pen on the way to class — we've got you covered.

Everything in the centre is donated by students, staff, and the wider UNSW community to help reduce waste and support others. It's simple: take what you need, and give what you can. Every item reused is one less thing going to landfill!

You don't need to have any experience just a passion to make a difference! 

Volunteers

Maintain the Stationery Reuse Centre, chat with students as they come in and out, and are passionate about sustainability!

Time Commitment: 2-3 hrs/week during term

Training: Saturday June 7, 2025, 10-4PM

Applications close 11:59pm Sunday May 25, 2025

Senior Volunteers

Assist with running events and outreach initiatives, take the lead on donation logistics and centre operations and support the Officer to enhance the program!

Time Commitment: 4-5 hrs/week during term

Training: Saturday June 7, 2025, 10-4PM

Head to the Rainbow Basser Steps on the Quad
Turn right half up when you see the big green Stationery Reuse sign
Follow the path around the corner - we're the first door on the left
Look out for our sign during opening hours!

What You'll Find

Our stock changes regularly based on what’s donated, so you never know what gems you might come across! You’ll often find:

Binders, folders and dividers
Pens, pencils, highlighters
Various stationery accessories

We do our best to keep things tidy and topped up - by availability can vary week to week. Drop in and take a look!
